1. Shipping
Hera Sport ships to Italy, European Union countries and, where the service is available, to numerous non-EU countries.
Shipments are entrusted to selected couriers according to the destination.
The delivery times indicated on the Website are purely indicative and normally run from the confirmation of the order.
Any delays due to:
couriers;
public holidays;
strikes;
customs inspections;
force majeure events;
circumstances beyond the Seller's control,
shall not result in any liability on the part of Hera Sport.
2. Delivery
The customer is required to check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery.
If there are:
damaged packages;
opened packages;
evident signs of tampering;
it is recommended to accept the delivery subject to specific reservation, indicating the reason on the courier's delivery document.
Any damage caused during transport must be reported to Hera Sport as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.
Failure to raise an objection with the courier may limit the possibility of obtaining compensation for transport damage.
3. Delivery delays
If the product is not delivered within the stated timeframe, the customer may contact Customer Service for updates.
In the cases provided for by applicable legislation, the customer may set an additional period for delivery.
If this additional period expires without delivery, the customer shall have the right to terminate the contract and obtain a refund of any amounts paid.
4. International orders
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union:
any customs duties;
local taxes;
import VAT;
customs clearance fees;
administrative charges required by local authorities;
shall be borne exclusively by the recipient.
Hera Sport is not responsible for any delays resulting from the customs procedures of the destination country.
If the customer refuses to pay the duties required by the local authorities and the package is returned to the sender, Hera Sport may deduct from the refund the shipping costs, return shipping costs, any charges incurred and any other documented costs arising from the return of the goods.
