These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, sale and delivery of products marketed through the website www.hera-sport.it (hereinafter the "Website").

Use of the Website and placement of an order imply full knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Website by consumers and, where compatible, by professional customers (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The sales contract is governed by Italian law and by the European legislation applicable to e-commerce and consumer protection.

Although prepared with the utmost care, slight differences may occur compared with the product actually delivered, due, by way of example but not limited to:

  • devices used for viewing;

  • different production batches;

  • updates made by the manufacturer;

  • natural characteristics of the materials.

Such differences do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Any measurements, weights and technical characteristics indicated in the product data sheets are to be considered approximate, unless otherwise specified.

5. Product availability

Products published on the Website are normally available while stocks last.

The availability information is purely indicative and may change even after the order has been submitted due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users or inventory updates.

If one or more ordered products are unavailable:

  • the customer will be informed as soon as possible;

  • the customer may choose to wait for restocking;

6. Prices

All prices published on the Website are expressed in Euros.

Hera Sport reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases, by way of example:

  • incomplete or incorrect information;

  • failure to authorize payment;

  • unavailability of products;

  • obvious pricing error;

  • suspected fraudulent use;

  • violation of these terms and conditions.

In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed and any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

10. Payment methods

Payment may be made exclusively through the systems available on the Website at the time of purchase.

By way of example:

  • Google Pay

  • any other systems that may be available

Hera Sport does not store complete payment card details.

If such checks have a negative outcome, the order may be cancelled.

11. Invoicing

If the customer wishes the invoice to be issued to a company or professional, they must enter the required tax information during the purchase procedure.

Requests made after the tax document has been issued may not be accepted.

For disputes with professional customers (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing, the court of the place where the Seller has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
